doTERRA Essential Oils

 I was first introduced to essential oils after I graduated from college. Freaked out and anxious I was looking for a way to ground and relax myself. I walked into my local herb store and saw the essential oils on the front counter along with a note on how they helped. Bergamont and sandalwood were my choices. Bergamont aided with depressive and anxious feelings, exactly how I was feeling. I took baths with these oils nightly. I slowly and gradually began to build myself back to a place of peace and confidence. These oils were a life saver.

Fast track 25 years later, with a diagnosis of breast cancer, I was reintroduced to them. They had always been around me in the periphery, but I had forgotten about their potency and aid to my health. Now I became educated about them. Educated in the importance of how they are sourced, being sure they haven’t been adulterated, that they have been grown without pesticides in their native environment. I also began to learn about the research behind the oils, what their different constituents can do, and so many ways they can help with my health. I choose these as a natural solution to swap out my home cleansers, my skin care, my emotional support, my aid to expedite the end of cold or flu, an ointment for my breast to help cleanse them, and really on and on.
