BREATHWORK

Breathwork is an active meditation that creates a heightened sense of awareness. This heart centered self healing practice helps to bypass our thinking brain and drop into the divine intelligence of our emotional body, nervous system and spirit. . Breathwork helps to release the held, suppressed/repressed emotions and energy that keeps us stuck in our lives and to connect to our higher selves and open our hearts.

Sessions are 1 hour and 15 minutes and can be done online via Zoom, $150. Group sessions available on request.
