Pilates was referred as corrective exercise by its creator Joseph Pilates. Pilates is great to support injury, the aging body, athletes, and the most everyone to feel stronger, more flexible and balanced in their life and activities.
Yoga helps calm and balance the nervous system and mind as well as help with flexibility, balance and strength of the body.
I teach private pilates and yoga sessions. I also teaches group classes for retreats and workshops upon request. Collaborations welcome.
I offer a pilates based movement classes on Zoom Wednesdays at 8am PST, $35 for the class. This class is a slower paced class geared to create stability, perfect for someone after an injury, surgery, or an aging body.
I offer privates and duets in Oakland Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday.
