student, teacher, mover
Nature has always been my source of energy and grounding. When in doubt go to nature. As the world continues to evolve more people are realizing how important this is. I love to forage in nature, picking up rocks, twigs, branches, even cutting when I know it’s ok. I feel a partner with nature as I bring them into my home. I’m out hiking, running in nature, feeling the challenge of moving over the rocks, hills and mountains.
As a teacher of movement since 1993 I have helped others find connection to their inner selves and their innate strength through movement, breath and awareness. I began studying movement as a child, and always curious about the body, continued to study dance, biology and chemistry as an undergraduate. I enjoy guiding people to discover their potential through this work.
